The Property
Corrib combines total luxury with all the ingredients for a perfect holiday in Cornwall. Built in a traditional style, it has been completely renovated and extended to create a light and spacious holiday home with stunning contemporary interiors.
It is approached down a long drive and set in nearly an acre of private grounds with direct access on to a footpath leading to the beach. Downstairs the living areas comprise a dining room with separate sitting area as well as a sitting room, all with spectacular sea views. The large kitchen is extremely well equipped and also has sea views.
Upstairs all of the bedrooms have luxurious pocket sprung beds, down duvets and high quality bedlinen.
The property has a two storey annex with a large TV/games room downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs all decorated and furnished to the same standard as the main house.
In the garden there are teak sun loungers, teak garden dining tables and chairs and a large Weber gas barbeque.

Ground floor
Dining Room & Sitting Area:
This light and spacious open plan room features floor to ceiling folding glass doors which open onto the terrace and garden with wonderful views of the sea and the golf course.
It has a wood floor and an oak dining table seating up to 12 people. A deep comfortable sofa and arm chairs are perfectly positioned for enjoying the view. There is a Sonus speaker system. In winter there is under-floor heating.
Sitting Room:
A tranquil room with garden views on all three sides and beautifully furnished with luxurious sofas and arm chairs. There are built in bookshelves with a Sonus speaker system. In one half of the room there is an attractive Cornish slate fireplace with an open fire (and fireguard).The other half of the room features a wall hung flat-screen television, DVD player and Sky+ HD package.
Kitchen:
With granite worktops and an excellent range of white painted oak wall and base units the spacious, well designed kitchen has wood flooring and is equipped with 2 electric ovens, ceramic electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, 2 integrated fridge/freezers, and Nespresso coffee machine and Magimix.
Entrance Hall:
A light, airy entrance hall leads from the front door to the Dining room and the kitchen.
Downstairs Shower Room/Guest cloakroom:
Large walk-in shower with glass panels and limestone walls and floor. Basin and WC.
Boot Room:
Slate tile floor, wooden worktops, sink, base units, a tall storage cupboard.There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
First floor
Master Bedroom:
Super king size bed. Wonderful sea views, excellent built in cupboards.
Ensuite Master Bathroom:
Limestone floor, panelled bath with hand shower, basin in vanity unit, WC.
Bedroom 2:
Single bed, sea views and door to balcony.
Balcony:
Also accessed from the landing. Spectacular views across the golf course to Trevose Head. A sheltered spot with table and chairs.
Bedroom 3:
Zip and link twin beds (can make a super king bed). Wonderful sea views and a double built in cupboard.
Bedroom 4:
Zip and link twin beds (can make a super king bed). Built-in cupboard with basin in vanity unit, and separate hanging cupboard. Garden views.
Bathroom (for bedrooms 3 & 4):
Limestone floor and tiles. Panelled bath with overhead shower, basin, WC
Bedroom 5:
Zip & link super king bed (can be twin beds). Built in shelved and hanging cupboard.Wonderful sea views.
Ensuite Bathroom:
Limestone floor, panelled bath with hand shower, inset basin and WC.
Annex
The annex is a detached two-storey building a few steps away from the main house. It has been decorated and furnished to the same high standard as the house.
Games Room:
Oak flooring, table tennis table, large corner sofa and wall-mounted flat screen TV with PS3 and DVD player. An extra 4-drawer deep freeze is tucked away under the stairs.
Bathroom:
Limestone floor, panelled bath with shower attachment, inset basin, WC.
Outside
The extensive, largely secluded garden is mainly lawn with various low hedges and two gates onto the footpath leading to Constantine Bay and the Golf Club. Paved terrace on each side of the house with teak tables and chairs and teak sun loungers. Outside shower and wetsuit drying room. Parking for up to 5 cars
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
White Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels are included. Beach towels not provided.
For week long bookings a mid-occupancy clean is carried out.

Non smoking only. The property is not suitable for those that require easy access for wheelchairs.

Meet and greet service. Change over day: Thursday. One well behaved dog welcome (additional charge of £40). Welcome gift on arrival. This property is not suitable for toddlers.
